Were you serious about your plan it would have been out a year ago after your first vacation to Martha’s Vineyard and now you would give the speech on Labor Day.
If you imitate FDR you will offend, infuriate and lose the unions.
If you try to spend more trillions of borrowed Dollars you will infuriate the nation, the bill will not pass and to popular applause.
If you blame Republicans you will be “booed” in Congress and in public.
If you cut taxes and quash ObamaCare to release our 12 million small businesses that create 90% of all jobs, you will infuriate your “Democratic” benefit sucking base.
It seems to me you are up a tree at The White House.

Remarks on the day after the speech of 09-08-2011: It was a nice political speech for re-election, BUT - where's the actual plan. How is it to be paid for? He just gave a bunch of high points and blew a lot of smoke at the American citizenry. WHERE'S THE BEEF?
