The first one is a result of President Obama’s interview on CBS concerning Congresses failure in the raising the National debt ceiling.
In my belief, this is NOT going to happen: One, because no one, Right or Left, has the courage to do the right thing. Secondly, even if the ceiling isn’t raised, Social Security is part of mandatory spending. So -
